    Excavation, root barrier or herbicide treatment, as quoted. Biosecurity on site and waste removed by a registered waste carrier.

Is the survey really free?

Yes. We visit in person, identify the species and send you a written report with photos and a fixed price quotation, with no obligation. Formal CSJK (Certified Surveyor of Japanese Knotweed) survey reports, which confirm whether invasive plants are present (for example for a property sale or mortgage), are £240 (£200 + VAT).

What does the guarantee cover?

Every job includes a minimum 5-year guarantee, available for up to 20 years. It covers regrowth in the treated area and comes with a guarantee certificate, a management plan and free call-outs. Full guarantee terms are sent with your quotation.

Do you provide reports for a property sale or mortgage?

Yes. Formal CSJK (Certified Surveyor of Japanese Knotweed) survey reports for property sales, mortgages, insurance or legal needs are £240 (£200 + VAT). The in-person survey and quotation are free.

Will bamboo or knotweed affect selling my house?
