Issued once there have been 2 full growing seasons with no regrowth.

Is the survey really free?
Yes. We visit in person, identify the species and send you a written report with photos and a fixed price quotation, with no obligation. Formal CSJK (Certified Surveyor of Japanese Knotweed) survey reports, which confirm whether invasive plants are present (for example for a property sale or mortgage), are £240 (£200 + VAT).
What does the guarantee cover?
Every job includes a minimum 5-year guarantee, available for up to 20 years. It covers regrowth in the treated area and comes with a guarantee certificate, a management plan and free call-outs. Full guarantee terms are sent with your quotation.
The bamboo is coming from next door. What can you do?
First, we'll come round for a free survey and give you a report you can share with your neighbours to get things started. Then we can quote for two options: defending your boundary with a root barrier on your side, or working across the boundary to remove the bamboo at the source, if your neighbours give permission.
Will bamboo or knotweed affect selling my house?
Buyers and lenders can see invasive plants as a risk. Our guarantee certificate and management plan evidence the work from start to finish, so you have the paperwork to show them.
